Electrocoin has announced the launch of Spinning Cyclone after a long period of improvements and testing in various locations across the UK.

And it’s a machine that the distributor is looking forward to seeing swirl around UK operations this summer. “Spinning Cyclone is a fascinating and easy game that can be played by all from ages 3 to 93 years old, and by all the family,” said Electrocoin’s John A Stergides. But its appeal extends far beyond the wide range of age groups; it is also a a versatile game for operators as the Electrocoin S&M Manager explained: “Operators have the option to fine-tune the machine to change point values and coins to credits to fit their location for an ideal game/balls tickets ratio.”

A key attraction of the arcade hit is the cabinet which Stergides describes as “eye-catching”, with Spinning Cyclone also equipped with sound effects to complement the gameplay’s features and skill elements.

“It’s a game that attracts attention from across the arcade floor,” he noted. “The cabinet has glass windows on three sides to allow for a great view of the playfield – and any spectators are sure to want to have a go themselves!”

Spinning Cyclone is another of Electrocoin’s alluring games and begins immediately as the player pushes the start button. This triggers a ball dropping into a funnel where it rotates theatrically before dropping onto a rotating playfield. On the playfield, there are multiple holes with different point values and a bonus hole, which triggers a bonus wheel on the top backboard of the machine offering a fixed number of tickets, a mystery number tickets, or the super bonus. Players can push once for one ball at a time, or hold the button to release one ball behind another for a more fastpaced and exciting experience.

Spinning Cyclone will be among the highlights at Electrocoin’s HQ during Park Avenue Open Day on Wednesday 5 June, as will the new BAR X Diamond Ticket 3 player machine which is now into full production.
